The Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King is pleased to invite you to join the 44th Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT44), which will be held at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), during 29th – 31st October 2018. The Opening Ceremony will be graciously presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on 29th October, 9 am.
The Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT) is one of the largest annual national scientific meeting with around one thousand local and overseas participants. The aim is to create scientific forum for national and international scientists and technologists as well as young Thai scientists from diversified fields of science and technology and to open up an opportunity to share and exchange their experiences. In this year, Special Sessions on Polar Research, Disruptive Technology, Mangoesteen Forum and Crystallography are also organized.
The Congress is highlighted by the Keynote Lecture by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, followed by Professor Yang Huigen, Professor Kim Holman, Dr. B. Jovanic and honorable lecture from the 2018 Outstanding Scientist(s) of Thailand. And during the Congress, lectures from several renowned invited speakers, panel discussions and hundreds of contributed papers from various areas of Science and Technology will be presented orally or in the form of posters. The Congress also includes high school competition of science projects to select Best of the Best Projects of the year. Exhibition on advanced scientific and technological knowledge or instruments / appliances from various organizations and a number of suppliers will be displayed.
