The Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King in association with the Faculty of Science, Kasetsart University, Thailand are pleased to invite you to join the 42nd Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT 42), which will be held in Bangkok during 30th November - 2nd December, 2016.
The Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT) is an important national event which is organized annually. It is one of the biggest science and technology conferences in Thailand with around one thousand local and overseas participants attending the conference each year. The aim is to bring together national and international scientists and technologists as well as young Thai scientists from diversified fields of science and technology and to give them an opportunity to share and exchange their experiences. In this year, special sessions in the form of Science Forum and Panel discussion are also organized.
Typically, the Congress Premier Keynote Lecture is from a Nobel Laureate in Science and Technology, followed by an honorable lecture from a 2016 Outstanding Scientist of Thailand and several renowned invited speakers, panel discussions and hundreds of contributed papers from various areas of Science and Technology to be presented orally or in the form of posters. The Congress also includes high school competition of science projects to select Best of the Best Projects of the year. Exhibition on advanced scientific and technological knowledge or instruments from various organizations and a number of suppliers will be displayed.
