INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

• 

  Preparation of posters:

  The poster must be in English. The content of the poster should cover title, objectives, methodology, results, discussions and conclusions. The poster board size should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height.

• 

  Time for poster attachment & Location:

  The location for poster attachment will be specified according to Abstract ID (e.g. A_A0001, C2_C0039) and will be specified at the conference site. The Abstract ID can be found in the Abstract Book. Please affix the Poster in the afternoon of November 29, 2016 or in the early morning/afternoon of November 30, 2016.

• 

  Poster sessions:

  Participants are expected to be appeared in front of their posters during the two poster sessions. Please note that there will be judges to interview the poster presenters during the two sessions to select The Poster Presentation Awards to be announced during the Closing Ceremony on Friday December 29, 2016.

• 

  Time for posters removal:

  Participants are expected to remove their posters after the end of Poster Session II(Thursday 1st December after 17:30).
