The Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of His Majesty the King in association with the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University are pleased to invite you to join the 43rd Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT43), which will be held at Chulalongkorn University during 17th -19th October 2017. The Opening Ceremony will be graciously presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at CU Main Auditorium on 17th October, 9 am.
The Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT) is one of the largest annual national scientific meeting with around one thousand local and overseas participants. The aim is to create scientific forum for national and international scientists and technologists as well as young Thai scientists from diversified fields of science and technology and to open up an opportunity to share and exchange their experiences. In this year, Satellite Symposium on Food for the Future and Special Sessions on Crystallography Update, Bioplastics, Talent Mobility Program and Science Education are also organized.
The Congress is highlighted by the Keynote Lecture of a Nobel Laureate in Science and Technology, followed by an honorable lecture from the 2017 Outstanding Scientist of Thailand. And during the Congress, lectures from several renowned invited speakers, panel discussions and hundreds of contributed papers from various areas of Science and Technology will be presented orally or in the form of posters. The Congress also includes high school competition of science projects to select Best of the Best Projects of the year. Exhibition on advanced scientific and technological knowledge or instruments / appliances from various organizations and a number of suppliers will be displayed.
